Virtual Cooking Classes

  • Classes are 90 minutes (up to 2 hours for yeast bread classes) and cost $30 per kitchen.

May 11 – The Art of Cinnamon Rolls – REGISTER HERE

In this virtual class we’re making biscuit-style Cinnamon Rolls. This versatile recipe can be made into mini cinnamon rolls, varied with different fillings for pizza rolls and even made as biscuits for Strawberry Shortcake. In baking classes we always go over the New Basics for gluten free bakers and what you need to know to be successful.

This class is 90 minutes. Cost $30 per kitchen.


May 25 – Hand Rolled Sushi – REGISTER HERE

In this virtual class we’re making rolled sushi, inside-out rolls and California rolls. We’ll go over all the tips for working with sushi mats, called makisu, how to make the perfect sushi rice, ingredient ideas and making tightly rolled logs so you can cut beautiful pieces of sushi.

This class is 90 minutes. Cost $30 per kitchen.


June 8 – Understanding How To Use Gluten Free Flour: The New Basics For Gluten Free Bakers – REGISTER HERE

This class will help you learn to make anything gluten free. Whether you’re new to gluten free or ready to tackle all those challenging recipes, Understanding How To Use Gluten Free Flour is what this class is all about. Join me on Zoom for a class all about gluten free flour, this is the New Basics for gluten free bakers. You’ll get all the tips you need to start baking the foods you miss. Pizza, pasta, puff pastry or anything you want, it’s all possible in 2022.

June 11 – 5 Fun ‘Over-The-Top’ Ice Cream Treats for Summer –REGISTER HERE

In this virtual class I’ll make 5 Fun Ice Cream Treats and show ways to make them over-the-top awesome! You can chose what to make depending on how many people you have to eat these treats but of course, they can all be frozen. This will be interactive and will vary based on what the kids tell me and what everyone has in their own kitchen. At the end we’ll have time to see all the creations everyone made and your kids will have a summer full of fun ideas.

This class is 60 minutes. Cost $20 per kitchen.
