The Art of Cinnamon Rolls – September 15

Using Zoom we’ll be making biscuit-style Cinnamon Rolls together. This cooking class is live for you to bake along with me from your own kitchen but if you prefer to just watch and bake after the class that’s fine with me. We’ll cover the New Basics for gluten free bakers and once you’re mastered this recipe you’ll be able to make mini cinnamon rolls, plain biscuits, cheese biscuits, a biscuit pizza, biscuit pot pies and even desserts like strawberry shortcake.

Master Gluten Free Pastry – September 25

In this virtual class we’re making cherry hand pies and once you master working with gluten free pastry you’ll be set for pie making year round. Make pot pies, quiche, a whole pie, mini tarts or even a savoury French Canadian Tourtiere. We’ll cover the New Basics for gluten free bakers and you’ll be able to taste your hand pies by the end of the class.

Thai Chicken Curry & Salad Rolls – September 29

This virtual cooking class is for 2 people working side by side. We’ll make a tantalizing Thai Curry and roll up some tasty Shrimp Salad Rolls with nuoc cham dipping sauce. It’s all gluten free and dairy free plus the recipes include suggestions to make both dishes vegan. This is the kind of menu that meets everyones dietary needs!

Gluten Free Biscuits – next class coming soon

Everyone needs a good biscuit recipe for a weekend breakfast or to go with a bowl of homemade soup! Join me on Zoom for this class and bake along with me or just watch and take notes. I’ll make two biscuit recipes and go over the new basics for gluten free bakers; tips to get the texture and taste you miss.
