The Art of Cinnamon Rolls – April 24

Using Zoom we’ll be making biscuit-style Cinnamon Rolls together. This cooking class is live for you to bake along with me from your own kitchen but if you prefer to just watch that’s fine with me. Once you’re mastered this recipe you’ll be able to use it to make plain biscuits, cheese biscuits, pot pies, a biscuit pizza and biscuit desserts like strawberry shortcake. Now that’s worth learning!

Homemade Gluten Free Biscuits – April 28

Everyone needs a good biscuit recipe for a weekend breakfast or to go with a bowl of homemade soup! Join me on Zoom for this class and bake along with me or just watch and take notes. I’ll make two biscuit recipes and go over the new basics for gluten free bakers; tips to get the texture and taste you miss.

Gluten Free Breading & Batter – May 12

In this cooking class we’ll talk about many options for gluten free cooks to bread or batter anything. Who doesn’t love schnitzel, breaded chicken, fish & chips, calamari, tempura and more. I’m going to dip chicken in batter and fry up some chicken balls plus I’ll pan fry some chicken strips with my favourite breading.

Master Gluten Free Pastry – May 29

In this class you will learn to make these perfect little delicious hand pies. I normally use cherry pie filling. But there are many ways to use this versatile pastry in savoury dishes. I will discuss how to use this pastry in such dishes as Tortier and Quiche. All your gluten free friends will be delighted.

Understanding How To Use Gluten Free Flour – June 2

If you’re new to gluten free or ready to try using different flours this is the class to get a jump start on gluten free baking. In this demonstration class on Zoom you’ll learn about many flours and starches, blends vs mixes and the New Basics for gluten free baking. There will be time at the end for questions and you’ll be ready to go home and start baking the foods you miss.

This class is 90 minutes. Cost $25 per kitchen.
