DIY – Design Your Own Class leaves it wide open for you to decide what you want to learn. Maybe it’s the ‘new basics’ of gluten free baking, or you’re looking for those old family favourites made gluten free, or you just need to get together with friends. Here are some ideas to consider:
Individual Classes – Are you ready to master gluten free cookies or maybe you want help to quickly transition your kitchen to gluten free. Let me know and we can do it.
Family Classes – If family events create stress for you book a family class to help others appreciate the importance of a gluten free diet for long term health. Or perhaps you’ve got a new diagnosis in your immediate family and want everyone to learn a few tricks about gluten free baking and cooking. Whatever the reason we can cook, eat and learn all in one night.
Group Class or Girls Night Out – Lots of people are willing to learn a little more about the gluten free diet! Give them a chance. Invite a group of friends to join you on Zoom and let’s make something you’d all love to eat. This idea is perfect for groups that are spread out across the country or are looking for fun during pandemic lockdowns. Here are some ideas to get you thinking:
- Salad Rolls and Chicken Satay
- Tapas Night
- Gluten free gravy, breading and batter
- Muffins & Bars
- The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies – a comparison of two kinds
Virtual classes can range from 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours depending on your choices. Cost varies.
- Individual classes are $75 for 60 minutes, $100 for 90 minute.
- Group classes start at $150 per group for a 90 minute class.
