Healthy Celiac Teens – These classes are for older teens interested in learning to make healthy meals for themselves, family or friends. We’ll cover basic knife skills, tips for planning and organizing in the kitchen plus substitutions. The idea is to discover or create dishes teens will want to make over and over.
In this class we cook together. However, if things don’t go according to plan on the day of the class feel free to join and not cook. There’s always something to learn and it might just be a good thing for ‘one of those days’.
Classes can also be hosted privately for groups of 6 or more.

- An Everyday Stir-Fry
- Vietnamese Noodle Bowl with Nuoc Cham dipping sauce
- Dan Dan Chinese Noodle Soup
- Shrimp Pad Thai
These are 90 minute classes and cost $15 per person.
