 sta using a pasta machine. We'll weigh flours and talk about the differenc
 es as they relate to pasta. There are a few recipes to choose from dependi
 ng on your experience with gluten free flour and your dietary needs. The f
 ocus of this class is on the techniques\, thickness and taste of the pasta
  so we'll make a simple sauce for tasting. You can eat with your family ri
 ght after the class.\nClass notes and additional resources will be emailed
