In this class you'll making crisp breading perfect for pork chops or tenderloin, chicken strips or fish. You'll learn many ways to substitute ingredients and vary the seasoning to make all the breaded dishes you can think of. Then you'll learn how different ingredients result in a light, crisp batter that's better than using any gluten free flour blend.
