In this class we’re making homemade gluten free pasta from scratch. We’ll cut it into fettuccini and taste it with a simple sauce but once you’re making pasta you can make ravioli, tortellini, cannelloni and more.

As you keep learning about different gluten free flours and their unique properties, you’ll gain the confidence you need to take on challenging recipes like pizza, pasta, puff pastry and beyond.

Classes are priced per kitchen so invite a friend to cook and taste with you. Plan to enjoy some more pasta right after the class ends.
