    This is a demonstration class and discussion to get you set to make all the foods you miss. Whether you're new to gluten free, frustrated recreating your old favourites or ready to take your baking to the next level, this is the class for you. You'll learn how the unique properties of different flours affect your baking, how to find your perfect flour blend for everyday recipes and when not to use a blend.

    Bring all your questions and join us for tips and tricks to bake anything gluten free.

    This virtual class is 90 minutes, cost $30 per kitchen. Sign up with a friend.
