Ingredients for Gluten Free Bakers
If you're ready to bake but missing these ingredients buy these small amounts and get baking!
- EGFG Gluten Free Flour Blend - My everyday blend made with sweet rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour and millet flour. $16 for 1 kg (8 cups)
- Cookie Flour Blend (contains nuts) - A blend that works well in cookies; brown rice flour, almond flour, potato starch, tapioca starch and xanthan gum. $16 for 640 g (5 cups)
- Xanthan gum - A tiny amount is the glue that holds baked goods together. This binder also helps keep your gluten free baked goods fresh a little longer.
- Psyllium husk powder - This is the most effective binder for yeast breads and you'll use it by the tablespoon.
