    Every month we sell gluten free cookie dough ready to portion and bake. See below for Special Orders with a few gluten free ingredients for new GF bakers.

    NOVEMBER 22 - Cookie dough for Molasses Ginger Cookies and Sugar Cookies. Get ready for the holidays!

    $22 per batch of cookie dough.

    DECEMBER 13 - Cookie dough for Gingerbread and Thumbprint Cookies.

    Christmas only comes once a year so you've got 2 weekends to buy cookie dough.

    DECEMBER 20 - Cookie dough for Gingerbread and Sugar Cookies.

    Gluten Free Pastry (double crust) - $22 per batch

    Ingredients for Gluten Free Bakers

    If you're ready to bake but missing these ingredients buy these small amounts and get baking!

    • EGFG Gluten Free Flour Blend - My everyday blend made with sweet rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour and millet flour. $16 for 1 kg (8 cups)
    • Cookie Flour Blend (contains nuts) - A blend that works well in cookies; brown rice flour, almond flour, potato starch, tapioca starch and xanthan gum. $16 for 640 g (5 cups)
    • Xanthan gum - A tiny amount is the glue that holds baked goods together. This binder also helps keep your gluten free baked goods fresh a little longer.
    • Psyllium husks - This is the most effective binder for yeast breads and you'll use it by the tablespoon.
