You too can Master Gluten Free Pastry! In this virtual class you’ll learn the new basics for gluten free bakers to make pot pies, whole pies, meat pies, quiche and more. By the end of this gluten free cooking class you’ll be eating your hand pies!

In this class we’re making Gluten Free Pastry together.

  • Classes are always intended for us to cook together.
  • Depending on your time zone and situation you can do partial prep for the recipe and plan to bake the next day. You’ll learn the most if you do either of those rather than simply watching and baking a week later.
  • You will receive the CLASS NOTES when you register.
  • You will receive the *Zoom Link* the day before the class.
