In this class we’re making biscuit-style Cinnamon Rolls that are tender and delicious. We’ll talk about how to use different gluten free flours and starches as well as the New Basics for gluten free bakers! If it’s hot out you don’t even have to bake them during the class. The can be kept in the fridge overnight or even frozen in the pan ready for the oven. Once you’re mastered this recipe you can use it to make plain biscuits with different add-ins and even a sweet version for berry shortcake.
