In this VIRTUAL gluten free cooking class we’re learning to make hand rolled sushi with a bamboo mat. We’ll cover how to make the perfect sushi rice, tips for working with sushi mats and ingredient ideas including vegetarian & vegan options. Before you know it you’ll be making tightly rolled logs you can cut into beautiful pieces of sushi.
