This is a real treat, to spend an evening baking with others at an in person cooking class making 4 recipes of cookie dough. You’ll learn tips for making the best gluten free cookies, working with gluten free flour and prepping for the holidays. At the end you’ll have dough for Whipped Shortbread, Jam Thumbprints, Gingerbread and Cappuccino Cookies. There will be lots of ideas for different ways to cook and serve your cookies.

We’ll bake some too so there will be time at the end to sit down and taste all of the cookies.
