Get ready for holiday baking! In this class we’ll make 4 different cookie doughs. You’ll learn tips for making the best gluten free cookies, working with gluten free flour and prepping for the holidays. At the end you’ll have dough for Whipped Shortbread, Jam Thumbprints, Gingerbread and Cappuccino Cookies.

I called this Boot Camp since we need to work efficiently but I’ll give you the step-be-step instructions so it will be an enjoyable class and we’re not baking during the class.

SIGN UP with a friend and cook together in your kitchen or virtually. All classes are priced per kitchen.

Based on your feedback I’ll provide other cookie dough suggestions so you can finish the class with the exact cookies you want to bake.

Class notes will be emailed to you when you register. This class is 90 minutes.
