In this virtual class we’re making cherry hand pies and a tart pastry too. Once you master gluten free pastry you’ll be set for pie making year round; pot pies, quiche, a whole pie, mini tarts or even savoury meat pies like French Canadian Tourtiere. We’ll cover the New Basics for gluten free bakers and you’ll be able to taste your hand pies by the end of the class.

SIGN UP with a friend and cook together in your kitchen or virtually.

I’ll leave you with instructions to bake your tart pastry but if you’ve got someone in the kitchen helping you can get it into a pan too.

Class notes will be emailed to you when you register. This class is 90 minutes. Cost $30 per kitchen.
