DESCRIPTION:Gluten Free Flour Simplified\nThis presentation is for the upco
 ming Gluten Free Expo in Vancouver. We will cover gluten free flour blends
  as well as individual flours\, starches and binders. I'm sharing suggesti
 ons to alter recipes and find your favourite flour blend\, and ways to imp
 rove your baking until everyone wants to eat it (when it doesn't taste glu
 ten free). I also share international recipe ideas that use flours you may
  or may not have in your pantry.\n\nWe'll wrap up with a brief overview of
  why busy cooks are joining our membership to perfect their favourite reci
 pes and build their own recipe collection in just a few months.\n\nThere w
 ill be time for questions and I will address other cooking and baking chal
 lenges as needed.
