This gluten free Black Bean Dip is quick and easy to make, has lots of fibre and is a healthy choice for everyone. It's fun to serve in an orange pepper for Halloween!
Puree all ingredients in food processor or blender. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve with jicama sticks, bell peppers or any raw vegetables.
Notes
*A 14-oz can will work. Season to taste.Halloween presentation - Serve with orange nacho chips, baby carrots and jicama for an orange, black and white presentation. Use orange and black dishes if you have some.
