Eatmore Bars

When you’re craving something sweet these chocolaty, chewy Eatmore Bars are an easy stovetop gluten free treat everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn syrup or creamed honey
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cupa chopped salted, roasted peanuts

Instructions

  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper; 8” x 8” for thick bars, 11” x 17” for thin ones.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine the corn syrup or honey, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and remove from heat as soon as it comes to a boil.
  • Fold in peanuts and pour onto the prepared baking sheet spreading the mixture right to the edges. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into bars, squares, triangles or strips.
  • Individually wrap some for grab-and-go snacks. Can be stored in freezer.
