Ingredients
CHIPOTLE HONEY SAUCE
1tablespoonpureed chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (2-3 chiles)
2garlic cloves, finely chopped
2tablespoonchopped fresh cilantro
½cuplime juice
¼cuphoney
2tablespoonvegetable oil
2tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
2tablespoonDijon mustard
1teaspooncumin
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
LIME MARINATED FLANK STEAK
2lbflank steak
⅔cuplime juice
1tablespoonchopped cilantro
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1teaspoon pureed chipotle chiles in adobo sauce

Instructions
CHIPOTLE-HONEY SAUCE
Combine all ingredients in a large measuring cup. Microwave for 30 seconds to warm the honey. Stir until well combined. Set aside. Can be made several days in advance. Serve at room temperature.
LIME-MARINATED FLANK STEAK
Combine ingredients and pour over steak in a marinating container. Marinate overnight.
COOKING AND SERVING
Heat the grill. Cook the steak, turning once, for 6-8 minutes depending on thickness, for medium rare. Let steak stand, covered with foil, for 5 minutes. Slice in thin strips and serve with Chipotle-Honey Sauce.
