Warm Cranberry Dip

Gluten free cooks need easy recipes that are naturally gluten free and this warm dip is one of those. A simple, seasonal favourite that is greater than the sum of its’ parts. The toasted almonds and green onions are not to be omitted.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature (250 g)
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • ½ cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat Miracle Whip and cream cheese together in an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Transfer to an oven proof serving dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Serve warm with gluten free crackers and a variety of colourful raw vegetables.

Notes

Keep cans of whole cranberry sauce in your pantry all fall so you can make this dip at a moments notice. Beside a colourful platter of raw vegetables this simple dip will be the star of the show.
