Ingredients
6salmon steaks, or filets
WEST COAST DILL BARBECUE SAUCE
⅔cupMiracle Whip
⅓cupbutter, melted
1½tablespoonhoney
1 tablespoonwhite vinegar
3tablespoonlemon juice(from 1 lemon)
½teaspoondried dill (or ½ tablespoon fresh dill, chopped)
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat the barbecue.
WEST COAST DILL BARBECUE SAUCE
Combine sauce ingredients in bowl and stir to combine. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir again.
Pour ⅓ cup sauce into a separate dish. Set remainder aside.
COOK SALMON
Brush salmon with Dill Barbecue Sauce.
Grill salmon for approximately 6 minutes then turn. Brush with remaining sauce and grill until flaky and cooked through, about 6 minutes.
Serve Dill Barbecue Sauce on the side.
Garnish with fresh dill or edible flowers if you have them.
Notes
Store leftover Dill Barbecue Sauce in a clean jar. Will keep for 3 weeks. If you have a little leftover sauce after the second meal use it to make salmon salad or tuna salad for lunches.
