Bring large pot of water to a boil. Add corn and cook for 8 minutes with the lid on. Drain.
Spread cayenne-mayo on hot corn, sprinkle with feta and garnish with lime. Serve immediately.
Notes
To serve this on a buffet cut the cobs in 2 or 4 pieces. Slather the cobs with spicy mayo, sprinkle with feta and garnish with lime. Cover with foil or a lid to keep warm. Everyone loves it!
