OPTIONAL GARNISHES
sour cream, cilantro, chopped tomatoes or tortilla chips.
Instructions
Puree all ingredients in food processor or blender. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Garnish if desired.
Serve with jicama sticks, bell peppers, carrots and/or tortilla chips.
Notes
*A 14-oz can will work. Season to taste.Halloween presentation - Serve with orange nacho chips, baby carrots and jicama for an orange, black and white presentation. Use orange and black dishes if you have some.
