This is a west coast interpretation of the white barbecue sauce from Alabama. It's quick and easy plus you probably have all the ingredients on hand. It's naturally gluten free and a recipe the whole family will enjoy.

½teaspoondried dill (or ½ tablespoon fresh dill, chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the barbecue.
White Barbecue Sauce
Combine sauce ingredients in bowl and stir to combine. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir again.
Set aside ⅓ cup sauce to serve at the table. Use remainder to brush salmon while cooking.
Cook Salmon
Brush salmon with white barbecue sauce.
Grill for approximately 6 minutes per side, brush with remaining sauce when it is turned.
Serve
Garnish with fresh dill or edible flowers. Serve reserved White Barbecue Sauce on the side.
Notes
Even though I most often cook for 2 or 3 people I always make the full amount of barbecue sauce. Stored in a clean jar in the fridge, it will keep up to 3 weeks. Use on grilled chicken or, to make salmon or tuna salad for lunch.
