Line a baking pan with parchment paper; 8 inch square for thick bars, 11-inch x 17-inch for thin ones.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine the corn syrup or honey, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and remove from heat as soon as it comes to a boil.
Fold in peanuts and pour onto the prepared baking sheet spreading the mixture right to the edges. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into bars, squares, triangles or strips.
Individually wrap some for grab-and-go snacks. Can be stored in freezer.
