Homemade Raspberry Butter
Raspberry Butter is a luxurious treat for me even though I have a nice big raspberry patch right in my backyard and make it every year.

butter, room temperature

raspberry sauce*

fresh raspberries
optional
Instructions
With electric mixer beat butter and raspberry syrup until evenly combined.
Fold in fresh raspberries if desired. Enjoy!
Store in the fridge for 3 weeks.

*To make raspberry sauce/syrup you need 2 cups raspberries, 1 cup sugar and 2 teaspoon lemon juice. See full recipe here,
