Hot and Spicy Mixed Nuts

These are delicious on their own, addictive with a glass of wine and an amazing addition to your next charcuterie board.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free Worcestershire Sauce (link in notes to my easy recipe)
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 3 cups mixed nuts (I used salted nuts)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Puts nuts in large bowl. Combine all seasoning ingredients then pour over nuts. Toss well.
  • Transfer to baking sheet and spread in single layer.
  • Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes stirring once, half way through cooking time.

  • Recipe can easily be doubled or quadrupled.

  • Sweet Tooth - Alene commented and reported back that she added 2 tablespoon maple syrup to this recipe and loved her version of Sweet, Hot and Spicy Mixed Nuts. I know some of you will love that version!
