¾cupfinely diced pear, unpeeled is fine by me(use canned if you must)
¾cupquartered seedless grapes
½cuppomegranate seeds

Instructions
Puree onion, chiles and salt in a spice grinder or mash to a paste using a mortar and pestle.
Peel avocados. Add to onion mixture and mash coarsely with a fork or potato masher.
Stir in lime juice to taste.
Fold pears, grapes and pomegranate seeds into the avocado.
Pile high in a serving dish and sprinkle with additional pomegranate seeds.
Serve with plain nachos.

Get the martini glass! Another idea is to cover a pedestal tray with a cloth napkin and set a wide glass bowl filled with guacamole on top of it.If you don't want to buy fresh jalapenos keep a jar of pickled ones in your fridge. Rinse and cut up 3 or 4 slices to replace 1 fresh jalapeno in any recipe.
