Ingredients

orange, sliced

berries, any combination of raspberries, strawberries, cherries, blueberries or wild berries
¾
cup
pomegranate juice
(I used Pom)

tablespoon
sugar

brandy
¼

Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
750 ml
bottle red wine, Spanish if you like

Prosecco
Instructions
Place all the fruit in the bottom of a large pitcher. Add the sugar and muddle…stir together mushing up the fruit.
Add brandy, liqueur and wine. Stir and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Taste and adjust the sugar depending on the sweetness of the fruit.
Serve with ice if desired. Add Prosecco to each glass at the table.
Notes
Substitute club soda or sparkling water for the Prosecco if desired.
