This is a hands on class and you will receive prep notes and a grocery list with the recipe in advance. We will cook together and I’ll share some tips and tricks to help you prepare delicious gluten free breading and batter at home. The class handout will give you options so you can choose to make one or both of the dishes.
In this class I’m making a cornflake breading for pork and battered chicken balls.
