    Join me on Zoom for a demonstration class all about gluten free flour. We'll talk about the role of flour in cooking and baking, how to substitute gluten free flours and the 'new basics' of gluten free baking. We'll talk about baking by weight, using binders and more tips for successful gluten free baking.

    You will receive some resources to get you started once you sign up. Then join me from your kitchen with your questions and be ready to take notes.

    This virtual class takes 90 minutes and costs $25 per person.
