In this class we're making two different pizza crust recipes with simple toppings so we can taste the crust. The focus will be mastering the techniques to cook a perfect pizza crust. We'll make a Classic Cheese with Red Sauce Pizza and a thin-crust California Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza. We will also make the same two doughs for a 48 hour fermentation so you can cook them and compare the difference.
