Just in time for the holidays! Master gluten free pastry so you can make sweet or savoury hand pies, mincemeat tarts, pot pies, quiche and that savoury French Canadian Tourtiere. We’ll cover the New Basics for gluten free pastry and you’ll be eating pie by the end of the class.

Shopping list, prep notes and recipes will be emailed when you register. This class is 90 minutes. Cost $25 per kitchen.
