In this demonstration class on Zoom you’ll learn about gluten free flours and starches, blends vs mixes and the NEW basics for gluten free baking. We’ll review homemade vs store bought flour blends and the challenges with different types of baked goods. If you’re new to gluten free this is the class to give you a jump start into gluten free baking. In 2021 you can be successful right away.
