In this virtual class we're making biscuit-style Cinnamon Rolls. Once you master the technique, and get tired of cinnamon rolls, you will use this dough to make plain and savoury biscuits, Strawberry Shortcake, pizza rolls and many more variations. We will also review the New Basics for gluten free bakers, how different flours affect baking and any ingredients that are new to you. This is a 90 minute class and costs $30 per kitchen.
