In this virtual gluten free pizza class I’ll be making 2 different recipes for pizza dough. You can decide if you want to make one or both, the tips and strategies for success will apply to all the recipes.

Mastering the perfect pizza crust involves more than just finding a flour blend that works and tastes great. In this class we’ll weigh individual flours and I do not recommend trying to make this pizza with any other flour blend.
