This virtual cooking class is all about homemade gluten free pasta using a pasta machine. We’ll weigh flours and talk about the differences as they relate to pasta. There are a few recipes to choose from depending on your experience with gluten free flour and your dietary needs. The focus of this class is on the techniques, thickness and taste of the pasta so we’ll make a simple sauce for tasting. You can eat with your family right after the class.
