Master Gluten Free Pastry

In this virtual class we’re making cherry hand pies. Once you master gluten free pastry you’ll be set for pie making year round; pot pies, quiche, a whole pie, mini tarts, tart squares and even savoury meat pies like French Canadian Tourtiere. We’ll cover the New Basics for gluten free bakers and you’ll be able to taste your hand pies by the end of the class.
