This month I’m making dough for Gingerbread Cookies and Sugar Cookies. Pick up is at my home in Calgary on December 10 or 11. Please confirm a pick up time in advance.

GINGERBREAD COOKIE DOUGH weighs 1 kg and is for making gingerbread men or all the shapes and sizes of cookies that remind you of the holidays. The number of cookies will vary depending on the size of cookie cutters you use. $20 per batch

SUGAR COOKIE DOUGH comes wrapped in 2 separate disks, total weight 730 g. The number of cookies you can make will vary depending on the size and shape of cookie cutters you use. $20 per batch


Cinnamon Rolls uncooked for $28. The log is ready to cut and put into the exact pan you’ll bake them in. Then bake as is or freeze for the holidays!

Ingredients for Bakers

  • Xanthan Gum for cookies and all baking – 2 tablespoons for $2.
  • Psyllium Husk Powder for yeast breads and my Cinnamon Rolls – 1/2 cup (40g) for $2.
  • My EGFG Flour Blend – 1 kg (~8 cups) for $16. (click link to see recipe)
